The mould release agent commonly used for variety formwork like metal, timber, aluminium or mild steel. In order to achievea best release quality as well as a smooth concrete surface, without any defects, it is important to use the suitable type of mould release.
ECOPRO MOULD OIL is an oils based emulsified safe release agent, user friendly, economical and suitable for most type like aluminium or metal formworks and oulds. It is read to use and produces a uniform stain-free surface. ECOPRO MOULD OIL achieves a good quality concrete finish in most situations and with most common mould surfaces. Release is achieved by a combination of the oil forming a physical barrier between the formwork surface and the concrete and is boosted by release process.

All the surface must be clean,free form grease, oil, old concrete, and removed all.
ECOPRO MOULD OIL may be applied b bursh, roller or conventional mould oil sprayer. If a mould oil sprayer is used, it is important that a fine nozzle be fitte. If it is over applied, excess material should be allowed to drain and then carefully removed from the bottom of the mould by meaars of a sponge or cloth.

2 – HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION

While this material is not considered to be hazardous, it should be handled in accordance with good industrial hygiene and safety practices.
3 – COMPOSITION AND INFORMATION OF HARZARDOUS INGREDIENTS
Chemical Name/ Nama Kimia: Highly refined mineral oil and additives (This product does not contain any hazardous ingredients at or above regulated thresholds.)
4 – FIRST AID MEASURE
Skin: Immediately wash exposed skin with soap and water. Remove contaminated clothing and shoes. Wash clothing before reuse. Clean shoes thoroughly before reuse. Get medical attention if irritation develops.
Inhalation: If inhaled, remove to fresh air. Get medical attention if symptoms appear.
Eyes: In case of contact, immediately flush eyes with a copious amount of water for at least 15 minutes. Get medical attention if irritation occurs
Ingestion: Do NOT induce vomiting unless directed to do so by medical personnel. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. If large quantities of this material are swallowed, call a physician immediately.
5 – FIRE-FIGHTING MEASURE
Extinguishing Media: In case of fire, use water fog, foam, dry chemical or carbon dioxide extinguisher or spray. Do not use water jet.
Products of combustion: Carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide. CO, CO2
Special Protective Equipment: Fire-fighters should wear self-contained positive pressure breathing apparatus (SCBA) and full turnout gear.
Special Fire Fighting Procedures: None
Unusual Fire and Explosion Hazards: This material is not explosive as defined by established regulatory criteria.
6 – ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES
Emergency Procedures: Immediately contact emergency personnel. Keep unnecessary personnel away. Use suitable protective equipment (See Section 8: Exposure controls, personal protection) Follow all firefighting procedures (See Section5: Fire-fighting measure)
Methods and materials for containment and clean-up: If emergency personnel are unavailable, contain spilled material. For small spills add absorbent (soil may be used in the absence of other suitable materials) scoop up material and place in a sealed, liquid proof container for disposal. For large spills dike spilled material or otherwise contain material to ensure runoff does not reach a waterway. Place spilled material in an appropriate container for disposal. Avoid contact of spilt material with soil and prevent runoff entering surface waterways. (See Section 13: Waste Disposal Information)
7 - HANDLING AND STORAGE
Handling: Avoid prolonged or repeated contact with skin. Wash thoroughly after handling.
Storage: Keep container tightly closed. Keep container in a cool, well-ventilated area. Store under cover away from heat and sources of ignition.
Others Precautions: Product contaminated rags paper or material used to absorb spillages represent a fire hazard and should not be allowed to accumulate. Dispose of safely immediately after use.
8 –EXPOSURE CONTROLS, PERSONAL PROTECTION
Control parameters: Provide exhaust ventilation or other engineering controls to keep the relevant airborne concentrations below their respective occupational exposure limits.
Exposure controls: Use only with adequate ventilation. Use process enclosures, local exhaust ventilation or other engineering controls to keep worker exposure to airborne contaminants below any recommended or statutory limits. The engineering controls also need to keep gas, vapor or dust concentrations below any lower explosive limits. Use explosion-proof ventilation equipment.
Respiratory: Avoid breathing of vapours, mists or spray.
Hand Protection: Wear protective gloves if prolonged or repeated contact is likely. Chemical resistant gloves. Recommended: Nitrile gloves.
Eye Protection: Safety glasses with side shields.
